We arrived in Bohinj last night, and were overwhelmed by the incredible beauty.
We woke up and our hearts almost stopped. Are you kidding me??! It's gorgeous!
Clay stood in this spot for a long time with his jaw dropped just taking it all in.
Seriously.
Skipping rocks... the international pastime.
Clay was so happy.
We are overwhelmed with Slovenia. Who knew???

The Origin of Bohinj
God was giving land to people and as he finished he realized that he had forgotten about a small group of people, who were silent and didn't hustle like the others. Because of their modesty and patience he felt pity for them. That is why he decided to give them the most beautiful land of them all, which he had spared for himself. It's called Bohinj, because we call God "Boh".
And if you google Bohinj there are some good pictures, but Megan's pics are so much better. I want to move here today!!! I think the cows in Brenham TX would quit making Blue Ice Cream if they saw these mooovelous these living conditions.
Oh my goodness, I've visited your page 3 times now over the past 24 hours because I can't get over how beautiful that place is. Seeing beautiful places like this makes me want to do a few things 1: stand in AWE of our God. 2: I always think about how much more beautiful Heaven is going to be. To be able to spend eternity with our Jesus and to be able to marvel at His work.
I feel like I want to reserve a spot in Heaven that looks like Slovenia. :)
