Step one.
Well, no visas yet, but we want to be ready when they come! I am thinking that the day we get our visas in the mail will be kind of emotional- good feelings and sad ones too, so we don't want to be starting from scratch with our packing. So, we did a mock-pack yesterday, mainly our clothes so we can start to get an idea of what to pack in. You will notice Clay's measly little pile on the left. Yes, the rest are mine. I'm working on it...

Where in the photo are the great black boots you found for Belgium?
Ha! Well, I took them back.... I have become such a "returner" lately. I am so concerned about being cold in Belgium that I buy EVERYTHING and then end up taking pretty much everything back. So, nice as they were, I can't justify the packing space. Love you Kate! To Germany with you!
